1/10 Scale Nitro Rally/Touring Car:
Thunder Tiger Uno - T-Spirit 4 - 6711-F*
|
Introduced by Thunder Tiger circa 2005, the T-Spirit 4 - TTR 6711-F33 - based on the Uno SC (Super Combo) Touring Car chassis, came factory assembled RTR, with a pre-painted lexan polycarbonate Bodyshell, a PRO-12BXS 2.1cc Pull Start Engine and a 2 Channel Radio System pre-installed.
PLEASE NOTE: An F* indicates that the Model code varies in different parts of the world. Any F number shown in this section is simply an example of an actual code number found for this model in my research.
For other Thunder Tiger models, check out our Thunder Tiger Archive.
The 2WD model has a blue anodised alloy plate chassis, with a rear T-bar mounted engine pod, an adjustable friction plate, coil spring over oil filled damper, fixed drive rear axle (a differential kit was available) and bearings.
To get the best from the Thunder Tiger Uno, it needs to be fine tuned, to provide precise steering response and improve grip when cornering, so you don't slide off the track. Small changes can make huge advancements and our easy to understand guide will help you to the optimum Set-up for your individual driving style.

Hints, Tips and Information
Wheel Camber - for cornering stability
Camber is described as the angle of the wheel as you look at it directly from the front or rear of your car and if set correctly will improve your cars cornering ability considerably, by providing increased traction. This simple to make adjustment is considered by many to be one of the most effective changes you can make to your car for better handling. |

My First National
When I first started in RC, way back in the late 1980s, I would turn up to the weekly club meeting, with my Tamiya Boomerang, Acoms transmitter, two sets of crystals, a couple of 7.2v batteries, a charger and a tool box with a wheel spanner and a few spares. |
