Thunder Tiger EB-4 S2 Pro SC - Blue (2003) - 6223-F*
|
Introduced by Thunder Tiger in 2003, the EB-4 S2 PRO SC Super Combo version - TTR 6223-F23 - came factory assembled RTR, with a pre-painted Blue Bodyshell, a PRO-21BXR Pull-Start Engine and 2-Channel Radio System with 2 Servos. A Starter and Fuel were also included.
PLEASE NOTE: An F* indicates that the Model code varies in different parts of the world. Any F number shown in this section is simply an example of an actual code number found for this model in my research.
For other Thunder Tiger EB-4 model versions, check out our Thunder Tiger Archive.
The 4WD TT model is shaft driven, on a red anodised alloy plate chassis, with 3 x gear type differentials, coil spring over oil filled dampers, anti roll bars, rear dogbone and front universal joint drive-shafts, dogbone prop-shafts and a full set of ball bearings.
To get the best from the Thunder Tiger EB-4 S2 Pro, it needs to be fine tuned, to provide precise steering response and improve grip when cornering, so you don't slide off the track. Small changes can make huge advancements and our easy to understand guide will help you to the optimum Set-up for your individual driving style.

Hints, Tips and Information
Choosing a Transmitter
When you first started in RC, you may have purchased a package that came with the car kit, motor, battery, charger, ESC and radio system complete. The transmitter was probably just a basic steer wheel, or stick type, with nothing more than forward, reverse, left, right and simple trim settings to centralise the servo and ESC. |
Hints, Tips and Information
Sway Bars
On most forms of RC model cars, Sway Bars, also referred to as Stabilizers, Torsion Bars, or more commonly in some parts as Anti Roll Bars, are often nothing more than a short length of spring steel, clamped to the chassis or sometimes the gearbox of the car, extending out to the lower wishbones direct or connected to the wishbones using short adjustable or fixed length links and ball joints, depending on their position. |
