1/8 Scale Nitro Rally/Touring Car:
Team Magic Shock Series
|
Introduced by Team Magic circa 2000, the 4WD Shock racing car chassis kit - TM 1000 - was shortly followed by the Shock GT - TM 2000.
A Shock GT Pro bare kit version was released circa 2002, with a number of upgrade parts as standard.
Circa 2004, two Shock ARR (Almost Ready to Run) models were released: Shock Chassis, with either a Lola VDS - 580001, or Porsche 962 Bodyshell - 580002.
The basic model design is belt driven, on an alloy plate chassis, with front one-way, solid rear axle, coil spring over oil filled dampers (front laydown), dogbone drive-shafts, and ball bearings.
To race the Team Magic Shock, it needs to be tuned to perfection for better stability, precise steering and provide enough grip to keep you on the track when going around tight bends at high speed. Even the smallest adjustment can change the feel of a car and our simple to follow instructions will guide you to the best Set-up to get you to the front and keep you there.
